One of the single greatest difficulties we face in education today is fully preparing our youth for the challenges of tomorrow. In a rapidly evolving job market, our learners are at risk of being left behind as automation, technology and artificial intelligence begins to change the way we work, the way we think, and the way we learn.
We need to do more to prepare our youth with the pervasive entrepreneurial mindsets to flourish in life after school.
Wavumbuzi starts learners on a journey to develop five pervasive entrepreneurial mindsets – drive, resilience, self-efficacy, initiative and innovative thinking, that will equip them for success as they enter the future global workplace. Form 1 – 4 learners in Kenya are invited to take part in the Wavumbuzi Entrepreneurship Challenge launching in August 2021.
